Tanggung Jawab
- Assist classroom teachers in the preparation and implementation of daily lesson plans and educational materials.
- Provide one-on-one or small group support to students requiring extra attention to meet learning objectives.
- Support the management of classroom behavior to ensure a productive and safe learning environment.
- Supervise students during non-academic periods, including recess and transition times.
- Maintain records of student progress and provide feedback to the lead teacher.
- Assist in the preparation of displays and the maintenance of classroom resources and equipment.
- Support inclusive education initiatives by assisting students with diverse learning needs.
- Participate in staff meetings and professional development workshops as required.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field.
- Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar classroom-based role is highly advantageous.
- Strong command of English, both written and verbal; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Demonstrated passion for working with students and supporting their academic and social development.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Patience, adaptability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Understanding of international school curricula (e.g., IGCSE, IPC) is highly desirable.
- Must be legally authorized to work in Malaysia.
