Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage the end-to-end leasing process, including inquiries, viewings, and tenant screening.
  • Prepare, review, and execute lease agreements and ensure all legal documentation is accurate and compliant.
  • Maintain systematic property records and update tenant databases regularly.
  • Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure property repairs and inspections are handled promptly.
  • Assist in the collection of monthly rentals and generate financial reports for management.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for tenant concerns and property-related inquiries.
  • Ensure full compliance with company policies and local property regulations.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in property management, leasing, or administrative support roles.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel) and property management software.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and customer-service orientation.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while contributing to a team environment.
