Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage the end-to-end leasing administrative process, including preparing lease agreements, renewals, and addendums.
  • Coordinate with prospective tenants to facilitate viewings, application processing, and move-in requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date tenant databases and physical files in compliance with company policies.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly leasing reports and property occupancy metrics for management.
  • Handle tenant inquiries and resolve administrative concerns promptly to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the maintenance and sales teams to ensure property readiness and seamless turnover of units.
  • Ensure strict adherence to local property laws and internal company procedures during all leasing transactions.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in leasing administration, property management, or real estate office support.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and property management software.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks under deadlines.
  • Keen attention to detail and high level of professional integrity.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.
