Are you a driven professional with a passion for retail real estate and business development? We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Leasing Executive to join our team in Johor Bahru. In this role, you will be a key contributor to our leasing department, working closely with the Leasing Head of Department (HOD) to drive occupancy rates, optimize tenant mix, and execute strategic business development activities for our mall portfolio.
As a Leasing Executive, you will be at the forefront of shaping the shopping experience. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with prospective tenants, negotiating lease terms, and ensuring that our retail space remains vibrant and competitive in the local market. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Leasing HOD in implementing leasing strategies to achieve occupancy targets.
- Identify and prospect potential tenants to ensure a high-quality, diverse tenant mix.
- Conduct site viewings and presentations for prospective retailers and business owners.
- Prepare and review lease proposals, letters of offer, and tenancy agreements.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities within the Johor Bahru retail landscape.
- Coordinate with internal departments including Marketing, Operations, and Finance to facilitate smooth tenant onboarding.
- Maintain an updated database of prospective tenants and manage lease renewals effectively.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in retail leasing, shopping mall management, or commercial property sector.
- Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to close deals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Malay (Mandarin is a strong advantage).
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong analytical skills with a good understanding of retail market dynamics in Johor.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet strict deadlines.
