As a leader in high-quality trucks and innovative transportation technology in Indonesia, we are committed to providing our clients with seamless purchasing experiences.
In this role, you will be the bridge between our high-performance fleet and our business partners, ensuring that our financing programs are competitive, accessible, and strategically aligned with market demands. You will work closely with leasing partners, banks, and internal sales teams to structure deals that drive volume while maintaining robust financial health.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and manage relationships with leasing companies, banks, and financial institutions to secure competitive financing rates for commercial vehicle customers.
- Structure tailored finance and leasing packages to meet the unique needs of business clients, ranging from small enterprises to large logistics fleets.
- Conduct thorough financial risk assessments for potential credit applicants to ensure portfolio stability.
- Monitor and analyze market trends in automotive finance to optimize internal sales strategies.
- Provide expert guidance to the sales team regarding financing documentation, credit requirements, and approval processes.
- Manage the end-to-end documentation cycle for vehicle leasing contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and internal standards.
- Report on financing performance metrics and conversion rates to senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in vehicle leasing, automotive finance, or commercial banking.
- Deep understanding of the Indonesian commercial vehicle market and asset-based financing principles.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial reports and credit risk assessments.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven track record in meeting sales or finance-related KPIs.
- Fluency in Indonesian and proficiency in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and familiarity with CRM software.
