In this pivotal role, you will be the driving force behind our asset performance, leveraging your extensive network and strategic sales mindset to attract premium retail brands and maximize occupancy rates.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Indonesian retail landscape, exceptional negotiation skills, and the ability to build long-term relationships with key decision-makers. You will be responsible for the end-to-end leasing process, from lead generation and site visits to contract execution and tenant onboarding. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive leasing strategies to achieve and exceed occupancy targets for retail assets.
- Proactively identify and cultivate relationships with high-potential retail tenants and global brands.
- Conduct professional property tours and presentations to prospective clients, highlighting unique value propositions.
- Negotiate lease terms, rental rates, and tenant improvement allowances to ensure optimal asset profitability.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and retail consumer insights to inform leasing decisions.
- Collaborate with internal marketing and operations teams to enhance property visibility and tenant satisfaction.
- Manage the end-to-end documentation process, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal standards.
- Provide regular reporting on leasing activity, pipeline progress, and revenue projections to executive management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in commercial leasing, specifically within the retail sector.
- Strong existing network of retail brand decision-makers and brokers in Indonesia.
- Proven track record of managing complex negotiations and closing large-scale commercial lease deals.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and financial reports.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performance team in a fast-paced environment.
