Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement effective leasing strategies to achieve target occupancy rates for commercial units.
- Conduct proactive market research to identify potential tenants and industry trends.
- Execute the full sales cycle, including property tours, negotiation of terms, and contract preparation.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective commercial tenants.
- Coordinate with internal departments (Legal, Finance, and Property Management) to ensure seamless move-in processes.
- Prepare weekly and monthly leasing performance reports for management review.
- Ensure all leasing activities comply with company policies and relevant local property regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorās degree in Business, Marketing, Property Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial leasing, property marketing, or business development.
- Strong understanding of the Jakarta property market, particularly in commercial or retail segments.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet tight deadlines and sales targets.
- Fluent in Indonesian and professional proficiency in English.
