In this role, you will be the face of our commercial properties, managing the entire lifecycle of the leasing process—from lead generation and market research to tenant relationship management and contract closing. Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and implement effective leasing strategies to achieve target occupancy rates for commercial units.
  • Conduct proactive market research to identify potential tenants and industry trends.
  • Execute the full sales cycle, including property tours, negotiation of terms, and contract preparation.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective commercial tenants.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (Legal, Finance, and Property Management) to ensure seamless move-in processes.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly leasing performance reports for management review.
  • Ensure all leasing activities comply with company policies and relevant local property regulations.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Property Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial leasing, property marketing, or business development.
  • Strong understanding of the Jakarta property market, particularly in commercial or retail segments.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet tight deadlines and sales targets.
  • Fluent in Indonesian and professional proficiency in English.
