- Prospect and qualify potential commercial tenants through targeted outreach and market research
- Conduct property viewings and present leasing options aligned with tenant requirements
- Negotiate lease terms, contracts, and renewal agreements to achieve occupancy targets
- Manage tenant relationships throughout lease lifecycle including issue resolution
- Prepare comprehensive leasing documentation and ensure regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional strategies for vacant units
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform pricing strategies
- Maintain accurate leasing records and reporting for portfolio performance tracking
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of commercial leasing experience in property management
- Proven negotiation skills with track record of closing high-value deals
- Strong market knowledge of Tangerang Selatan commercial real estate sector
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in CRM software and property management systems
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid real estate certification preferred
