- Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential tenants and business opportunities.
- Negotiate lease terms, rental rates, and incentives to secure agreements that align with company goals.
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective tenants.
- Conduct property viewings and presentations to showcase the unique value of our spaces.
- Prepare and review lease agreements, ensuring all legal and commercial terms are accurate.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adapt leasing strategies accordingly.
- Coordinate with property management teams to ensure smooth tenant onboarding and operations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail or commercial property leasing.
- Proven track record in identifying, negotiating, and securing tenants.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to meet sales targets.
- Familiarity with local real estate laws and regulations in Jakarta.
- Valid driving license is a plus for site visits.
