Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver high-quality lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions in Accounting and Finance subjects.
- Develop, update, and maintain course materials to align with current industry standards and academic guidelines.
- Assess student performance through assignments, examinations, projects, and presentations, providing constructive feedback.
- Mentor and guide students to enhance their learning experience and professional development.
- Participate in departmental meetings, curriculum planning, and academic quality assurance processes.
- Engage in continuous professional development and research activities relevant to the accounting field.
- Uphold the college's code of conduct, values, and academic integrity at all times.
Kualifikasi
- A relevant Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- A recognized teaching qualification (e.g., Postgraduate Diploma in Education) is preferred.
- Possession of a recognized professional accounting body qualification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CIMA, MICPA, or equivalent) is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated teaching experience in a higher education or corporate training environment is an advantage.
- Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.
- A genuine passion for teaching and a commitment to fostering a positive learning atmosphere.
