Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver comprehensive accounting lectures covering financial reporting, auditing, and taxation principles
- Develop and update curriculum materials to align with evolving industry standards
- Assess student performance through examinations, assignments, and practical projects
- Provide academic advising and mentorship to support student development
- Utilize digital learning platforms to enhance remote and in-person teaching
- Collaborate with faculty to improve program effectiveness and student outcomes
- Stay current with regulatory changes in accounting practices and standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (Master's preferred)
- Professional accounting certification (ACCA/CPA) or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years teaching experience at tertiary level
- Strong expertise in financial accounting and reporting standards
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in accounting software and educational technology
