Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver engaging lectures and tutorials for modules related to Business Administration, Accounting, and Finance.
- Develop and update comprehensive lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessment rubrics in line with academic standards.
- Provide academic counseling and mentorship to students to support their personal and professional development.
- Participate actively in departmental meetings, curriculum reviews, and college-wide quality assurance initiatives.
- Supervise student projects, internships, or industry-based assignments as required.
- Engage in continuous professional development and research activities to stay current with industry trends.
- Collaborate with academic staff to organize student events, workshops, and industry networking sessions.
Kualifikasi
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline from a recognized university.
- At least 2-3 years of teaching experience at the tertiary level or relevant industry experience.
- Strong command of English, both written and spoken, with excellent presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to use modern educational technology and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Possess a student-centered approach to teaching and learning.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse student populations and faculty.
- Professional membership or industry certifications (e.g., ACCA, CPA) will be considered a significant advantage.
