Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver comprehensive lectures, tutorials, and practical workshops in Communication, Media Studies, and Broadcasting.
- Design, develop, and update course curricula, teaching materials, and assessment methods aligned with industry standards.
- Mentor and guide students to ensure their academic and professional development.
- Assess student performance through assignments, examinations, and practical projects.
- Participate in academic research, conferences, and professional development activities.
- Contribute to the department's administrative duties and college events.
Kualifikasi
- A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Communication, Media Studies, Broadcasting, Journalism, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of relevant teaching experience in a tertiary or diploma-level institution is preferred.
- Demonstrated knowledge of media theories, broadcasting techniques, and digital media trends.
- Proficiency in multimedia production tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, video editing software) and social media platforms.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
