As a Program Coordinator, you will manage administrative documentation, maintain comprehensive teaching files, and participate in quality assurance processes to maintain accreditation standards.

Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions in accordance with the Pharmacy curriculum.
- Design, develop, and update course materials and assessment tools to ensure academic excellence.
- Provide academic counseling and mentorship to pharmacy students to enhance their professional development.
- Maintain complete and accurate teaching files, records of student performance, and attendance logs.
- Coordinate administrative tasks for the department, ensuring all documentation aligns with regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and evaluate student academic progress, ensuring fairness and accuracy in grading.
- Collaborate with clinical partners and stakeholders to streamline program administration and student placement.
Kualifikasi
- Master’s degree or PhD in Pharmacy or a closely related field.
- Registered Pharmacist with the Pharmacy Board of Malaysia (Lembaga Farmasi Malaysia) is highly preferred.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an academic or teaching role within a higher education institution.
- Proven track record in program coordination or educational administration.
- Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in modern pedagogical techniques and educational technologies (LMS).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
