Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and deliver engaging lectures in Gastronomy and Culinary Arts
- Create practical training modules aligned with industry standards
- Mentor students in menu development, food presentation, and culinary techniques
- Collaborate with hospitality partners for real-world experience opportunities
- Assess student performance through practical evaluations and theoretical examinations
- Participate in curriculum innovation and academic program development
- Organize guest lectures and industry networking events
Kualifikasi
- Master's degree in Culinary Arts, Gastronomy, or related field
- Minimum 3 years professional culinary industry experience
- Teaching certification or prior higher education teaching experience
- Proficiency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Strong knowledge of international cuisine trends and techniques
- Certification from recognized culinary institutions preferred
- Experience with curriculum development and student assessment
