Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and deliver engaging curriculum for Digital Business courses including digital marketing, e-commerce strategy, and data analytics
- Conduct industry-aligned research in digital transformation and emerging technologies
- Mentor graduate students on academic projects and industry-relevant case studies
- Collaborate with industry partners to develop practical learning experiences
- Participate in faculty committees and contribute to program development
- Stay current with digital business trends through continuous professional development
Kualifikasi
- PhD in Management or Computer Science with specialization in Digital Business, Information Technology, or Management
- Proven teaching experience at higher education level
- Strong research background with publications in digital business or technology fields
- Industry experience in digital transformation or technology management preferred
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Indonesian
- Experience with curriculum development and educational technology tools
- Commitment to student-centered learning and academic innovation
