Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver engaging lectures and tutorials in core accounting modules, including Financial Accounting, Management Accounting, and Auditing.
- Develop and update comprehensive course materials, lesson plans, and assessment tools.
- Provide academic counseling and mentorship to undergraduate students to ensure their success.
- Engage in continuous curriculum improvement to reflect current industry trends and standards.
- Participate in faculty meetings, departmental committees, and institutional events.
- Conduct academic research and contribute to scholarly publications in the field of accounting.
- Invigilate examinations and manage student grading processes with integrity.
Kualifikasi
- Master’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field from a recognized university.
- Prior teaching experience in a higher education setting is highly preferred.
- Professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CIMA) is a distinct advantage.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage diverse student groups.
- Proven ability to bridge theoretical accounting concepts with practical real-world applications.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and academic research.
