Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver high-quality lectures, seminars, and tutorials in Accounting and Finance modules to undergraduate and postgraduate students.
- Contribute to the design, development, and assessment of innovative curriculum materials.
- Provide academic and pastoral support to students, including serving as a personal tutor.
- Engage in high-quality research and scholarly activities to maintain the University’s research profile.
- Participate in departmental and faculty committees to contribute to the strategic growth of the school.
- Collaborate with industry partners to ensure course content remains relevant and addresses modern market needs.
- Supervise dissertations and research projects at the postgraduate level.
Kualifikasi
- A PhD in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related discipline (or nearing completion).
- Proven experience in teaching Accounting and Finance at the higher education level.
- A strong research background with a track record of, or clear potential for, high-quality publications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of inspiring a diverse student cohort.
- Professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, CPA) is highly desirable.
- Ability to utilize modern educational technology and blended learning techniques.
