Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and deliver engaging lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions in Software Engineering
- Develop and update course curricula aligned with industry standards and emerging technologies
- Assess student performance through examinations, projects, and continuous evaluation methods
- Conduct and publish research in software engineering domains while supervising student research projects
- Collaborate with industry partners to enhance practical training and internship opportunities
- Participate in faculty committees, accreditation processes, and academic program development
- Mentor student projects, theses, and extracurricular technical activities
Kualifikasi
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in higher education or industry training
- Strong proficiency in software development methodologies (Agile, DevOps, OOP)
- Expertise in programming languages (Java, Python, C++) and software engineering tools
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with demonstrated pedagogical abilities
- Experience in curriculum design and educational technology integration
- Relevant industry experience in software development or IT management
