Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of lecturer qualifications and performance metrics
- Coordinate lecturer schedules, assignments, and academic delivery across programs
- Manage end-to-end onboarding processes for new lecturers including orientation and training
- Monitor ongoing lecturer performance through feedback systems and improvement plans
- Maintain accurate lecturer databases and compliance documentation
- Serve as primary liaison between lecturers and academic departments
- Develop and implement lecturer engagement initiatives and professional development programs
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years' experience in academic coordination or lecturer management
- Exceptional organizational and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in educational management systems and data analysis tools
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Experience working in multicultural or international education environments
- Certification in educational management or HR operations preferred
