Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver engaging lectures and practical instruction in electrical engineering courses
- Develop and update curriculum materials aligned with industry standards
- Mentor students in research projects and thesis supervision
- Conduct publishable research in specialized electrical engineering domains
- Collaborate with industry partners for applied learning opportunities
- Participate in faculty committees and academic program development
- Contribute to accreditation processes and quality assurance initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering (PhD preferred)
- Strong background in power systems, control systems, or electronics
- 3+ years teaching experience at higher education level
- Proven research record with peer-reviewed publications
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Industry experience in electrical engineering sector
- Certification in higher education teaching methodologies
