Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver high-quality lectures and facilitate seminars in clinical psychology modules for undergraduate and postgraduate students.
- Provide evidence-based psychological assessment, diagnosis, and intervention services to students and staff.
- Supervise student clinical placements and provide mentorship to junior practitioners.
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of the psychology curriculum to ensure it meets accreditation and industry standards.
- Engage in scholarly research and publish findings in reputable psychology journals.
- Participate in community mental health initiatives and outreach programs within the Cyberjaya area.
- Collaborate with faculty members on departmental initiatives and administrative duties.
Kualifikasi
- Master’s or Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology from a recognized institution.
- Possess a valid license or registration to practice as a Clinical Psychologist in Malaysia.
- Proven experience in academic teaching, curriculum development, or clinical supervision.
- Strong background in evidence-based therapeutic modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, ACT).
- Demonstrated ability to produce peer-reviewed research and scholarly work.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex psychological concepts effectively.
- Strong commitment to ethical practice and continuous professional development.
