Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver high-quality teaching and instruction to undergraduate and postgraduate students in Special Needs Education.
- Develop and review curriculum materials, course outlines, and assessment strategies.
- Conduct research aligned with the university's research clusters and publish findings in reputable journals.
- Mentor and supervise graduate students on research projects and theses.
- Engage in service activities within the department, faculty, and wider education community.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of teaching and learning practices through educational research.
Kualifikasi
- A relevant PhD in Special Needs Education, Psychology, or a related field.
- Proven track record of academic teaching experience at the tertiary level (Senior Lecturer role requires significant experience).
- A strong publication record in peer-reviewed journals.
- Demonstrated expertise in evidence-based interventions for special needs.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
