Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lectures and practical nursing sessions in accordance with the curriculum.
- Maintain a minimum average score of 80% for all end-of-semester course evaluations.
- Provide comprehensive academic advising and mentorship to undergraduate nursing students.
- Develop and update instructional materials, assessment tools, and clinical practice modules.
- Engage in scholarly activities, including research, publication, and participation in academic conferences.
- Collaborate with faculty members to ensure program compliance with nursing accreditation standards.
- Participate in administrative tasks and departmental committee meetings to support institution growth.
Kualifikasi
- Master’s degree or PhD in Nursing or a closely related healthcare field.
- Valid registration with the Nursing Board Malaysia (NBM) with a current Annual Practicing Certificate (APC).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical nursing experience combined with academic teaching experience.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve high student satisfaction and pedagogical effectiveness.
- Strong communication skills in English and proficiency in modern educational technology.
- Commitment to lifelong learning and staying updated on current nursing research and practices.
- Proven track record of research contribution or clinical leadership is a significant advantage.
