Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the entire LEED certification process for infrastructure projects, from project registration to final documentation.
- Conduct thorough sustainability analysis, including energy modeling, daylighting, and water-use calculations.
- Collaborate with architects, civil engineers, and contractors to ensure design compliance with LEED requirements.
- Monitor and audit construction activities to ensure strict adherence to sustainable construction practices and waste management plans.
- Prepare and submit detailed technical documentation, reports, and evidence required for LEED credit submissions.
- Facilitate workshops and provide technical training to project teams regarding sustainability best practices.
- Stay abreast of the latest developments in international green building standards and local environmental regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- LEED Accredited Professional (LEED AP) certification is strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in construction or engineering, specifically focused on green building projects.
- Strong understanding of LEED rating systems and international sustainability frameworks.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and sustainability modeling tools.
- Excellent analytical, project management, and communication skills.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian is essential for effective cross-departmental coordination.
