Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee development and implementation of compliance programs for HMO operations
- Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations, data privacy laws, and industry standards
- Lead internal audits, risk assessments, and compliance monitoring activities
- Advise management on legal matters, policy updates, and regulatory changes
- Design and conduct compliance training for staff across departments
- Manage vendor contracts and third-party compliance evaluations
- Investigate and resolve compliance breaches and legal issues
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years experience in compliance, legal affairs, or regulatory roles
- Deep knowledge of Philippine healthcare regulations (HMO Act, PhilHealth)
- Certification in data privacy (PDPA) or compliance management preferred
- Strong analytical skills with attention to regulatory details
- Proven leadership experience in managing compliance teams
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement
- Bar license or relevant professional certification a plus
