Tanggung Jawab
- Manage a diverse caseload focusing on shipping, maritime, and international trade disputes.
- Provide clear, actionable legal advice to internal and external stakeholders regarding trade contracts and regulatory compliance.
- Draft, review, and negotiate complex legal documentation and pleadings for litigation proceedings.
- Represent the firm and clients in court hearings, mediations, and arbitration proceedings.
- Conduct in-depth legal research to support litigation strategies and stay updated on international maritime law changes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex commercial disputes efficiently.
- Maintain high standards of professionalism and confidentiality in all legal matters.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or equivalent qualification, with valid admission to the Singapore Bar.
- Minimum 2-5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in commercial litigation or maritime law.
- Strong understanding of shipping laws, international trade regulations, and dispute resolution mechanisms.
- Proven ability to manage high-volume litigation files with strict attention to deadlines.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex legal issues into practical solutions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performance team in a demanding environment.
