Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end legal collections for delinquent accounts, including drafting legal demand letters and initiating court proceedings
- Coordinate with external legal counsel to ensure timely and accurate filing of necessary legal documents
- Monitor compliance with all relevant laws and regulations governing debt collection practices
- Maintain detailed documentation of all legal actions and communications for audit purposes
- Analyze account histories to identify patterns of delinquency and recommend preventive strategies
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop effective resolution plans for high-risk accounts
- Provide regular reports on legal collection progress and potential recovery outcomes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in legal collections or credit management
- Strong knowledge of Philippine debt collection laws and judicial procedures
- Certified Legal Professional (CLP) or paralegal certification preferred
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in case management software and MS Office applications
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
