Capital Dynamics is seeking a highly motivated Legal Counsel to join our growing legal team in the heart of Kuala Lumpur. In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in supporting the company's business objectives by providing expert legal advice, ensuring regulatory compliance, and facilitating smooth corporate operations.
You will be responsible for negotiating, drafting, and reviewing a wide spectrum of commercial agreements, managing legal documentation, and assisting with corporate secretarial functions. Working closely with senior management and crossâfunctional teams, you will identify legal risks, develop mitigation strategies, and contribute to the development of internal policies that promote ethical conduct and operational excellence.

Tanggung Jawab
- Draft, review, and negotiate a diverse range of commercial contracts, including service agreements, NDAs, and procurement contracts.
- Manage and maintain legal documentation, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
- Provide legal support for corporate secretarial functions, including preparation of board resolutions, minutes, and statutory filings.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate legal risks associated with business activities, and advise senior management on appropriate courses of action.
- Monitor changes in Malaysian laws and regulations, and update internal policies to ensure ongoing compliance.
- Collaborate with crossâfunctional teams to support mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university; admitted to the Malaysian Bar.
- Minimum 3â5 years of postâqualification experience in corporate/commercial law, preferably within a financial services or investment environment.
- Proven expertise in contract drafting, negotiation, and review of highâvalue agreements.
- Sound knowledge of Malaysian corporate secretarial practices and regulatory requirements.
- Strong analytical and problemâsolving skills, with the ability to provide clear, actionable legal advice.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
