Huayu KJ Supply & Leasing Corp is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Legal Counsel to join our dynamic team in Bonifacio Global City, Metro Manila. This is an excellent opportunity for a legal professional to contribute to a growing organization in the supply and leasing industry.
As our Legal Counsel, you will play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive legal support and guidance to the organization. You will be responsible for ensuring full compliance with Philippine laws and regulations while protecting the company's interests and minimizing legal risks.
This position offers a competitive salary range of ₱70,000 to ₱105,000 per month, along with opportunities for professional growth and career advancement within the organization. You will work closely with senior management and various departments to address legal matters affecting business operations.

Tanggung Jawab
- Provide expert legal advice and counsel to management on various corporate matters and business decisions
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents to protect company interests
- Ensure compliance with Philippine laws, regulations, and industry standards
- Manage and mitigate legal risks associated with business operations and transactions
- Coordinate with external legal counsel and government agencies when necessary
- Conduct legal research and provide updates on relevant laws and regulatory changes
- Support corporate governance initiatives and assist with board meetings and resolutions
Kualifikasi
- Must be a Filipino citizen with a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from a reputable university
- Must be a member of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) in good standing
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in corporate or commercial settings
- Strong knowledge of Philippine corporate law, contract law, and regulatory requirements
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple legal matters simultaneously
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail
