Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive legal advice and strategic guidance on corporate matters, including mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures.
- Review, draft, and negotiate a wide variety of commercial contracts, NDAs, and service agreements to protect the company's interests.
- Ensure full compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards, particularly regarding labor law and corporate governance.
- Assist in the resolution of disputes, litigation management, and arbitration proceedings.
- Conduct legal research and risk assessments to identify potential legal liabilities in business operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement legal policies and procedures that enhance operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Legal Counsel or similar role, preferably within the Indonesian corporate sector.
- Possession of a valid Advocate License (Akta Advokat) from the Indonesian Bar Association (PERADI).
- Strong command of Indonesian Civil and Commercial Law, as well as employment regulations.
- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills with the ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly to non-legal stakeholders.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving with a keen eye for detail and risk management.
- Bachelor of Law (S.H.) degree with a specialization in Corporate Law or Commercial Law.
