Tanggung Jawab
- Provide strategic legal counsel on corporate governance, contracts, and regulatory compliance
- Manage litigation, dispute resolution, and risk mitigation initiatives
- Draft and negotiate commercial agreements, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Develop and implement compliance programs across all operational areas
- Advise on mergers, acquisitions, and strategic transactions
- Maintain updated knowledge of Malaysian and international legal frameworks
- Mentor junior legal staff and contribute to firm-wide legal training programs
Kualifikasi
- LLB degree with valid Malaysian practicing certificate
- 5+ years post-qualification experience in corporate law
- Proven track record in contract negotiation and risk management
- Strong analytical skills with ability to simplify complex legal concepts
- Experience in cross-border transactions and regulatory compliance
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Admission to the Malaysian Bar and in good standing
