Mentor Media Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Legal Counsel to join our dynamic team in Jurong East, West Region. As a key member of our legal department, you will play a crucial role in providing expert legal guidance and ensuring regulatory compliance across all business operations.

Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive legal advice on corporate and commercial matters to support business operations
- Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial contracts, agreements, and legal documents
- Ensure compliance with Singapore laws, regulations, and company policies
- Manage and resolve legal disputes, litigation matters, and regulatory investigations
- Conduct legal research and provide proactive guidance on emerging legal issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business development initiatives
- Develop and implement risk management strategies and compliance frameworks
- Protect company interests through intellectual property management and enforcement
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from a recognized university; admission to the Singapore Bar preferred
- Minimum 3-5 years of post-qualification experience in corporate or commercial law
- Strong expertise in contract law, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance
- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills with attention to detail
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Professional integrity and commitment to ethical standards
- Experience in the media, technology, or logistics sectors would be advantageous
