Tanggung Jawab
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, maritime agreements, and other legal documents.
- Advise clients on compliance with maritime regulations, international trade laws, and commercial practices.
- Represent clients in negotiations, arbitrations, and court proceedings related to maritime and commercial disputes.
- Conduct legal research and stay updated on changes in maritime and commercial legislation.
- Manage and oversee legal matters, ensuring timely resolution and risk mitigation.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to provide comprehensive legal support.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Law, with a focus on Maritime or Commercial Law preferred.
- Admitted to the Singapore Bar or equivalent.
- Proven experience in maritime and commercial law, with a focus on contract drafting and dispute resolution.
- In-depth knowledge of maritime regulations, international trade laws, and commercial practices.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
