Tanggung Jawab
- Provide high-level legal advice and support on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters across the region.
- Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial contracts, service agreements, and operational legal documentation.
- Ensure full compliance with local laws, Singapore Bar regulations, and international standards relevant to regional operations.
- Proactively identify and mitigate legal risks associated with new business initiatives and cross-border transactions.
- Manage external counsel and third-party legal service providers as necessary to ensure cost-effective delivery.
- Develop and implement internal legal policies, training, and governance frameworks to ensure organizational integrity.
- Advise internal stakeholders on regulatory changes and their implications for business strategy.
Kualifikasi
- Qualified Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore with a valid practicing certificate.
- Minimum 3-5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in a reputable law firm or as in-house counsel.
- Strong expertise in corporate law, commercial contracts, and regional regulatory frameworks.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- High level of professional integrity, ethical judgment, and analytical rigor.
- Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in additional regional languages is a distinct advantage.
