The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of legal procedures within a corporate environment. You will handle a variety of tasks including due diligence coordination, statutory searches, preparation of transaction documents, and maintenance of the firm's precedents and know-how databases. You will act as a key point of contact between the legal team, clients, and external parties.

Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive transactional support to the Finance & Projects team, including document management and file organization.
- Coordinate and manage due diligence processes, including the collection, review, and indexing of documents.
- Assist in the preparation and review of legal agreements, contracts, and transaction documents.
- Liaise with clients, financial institutions, government authorities, and other external parties to facilitate smooth transaction execution.
- Manage legal correspondence, statutory filings, and regulatory compliance matters.
- Conduct legal research and prepare summaries on relevant laws and regulations.
- Maintain and update the firm's knowledge management systems, precedents, and know-how databases.
- Support the team in closing meetings, preparing closing agendas, and managing post-closing formalities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B.) or equivalent legal qualification.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience working in a legal executive or paralegal role within a corporate legal environment.
- Strong understanding of corporate finance and project documentation is highly advantageous.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Malay is a strong plus).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and legal research databases.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
