Majestic Gen is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Legal Executive (Property Development) to join our growing team in Kuala Lumpur. In this pivotal role, you will provide comprehensive legal support across all property development projects, ensuring compliance with Malaysian laws and regulations while safeguarding the company's interests.
You will play a key role in drafting and reviewing contracts, advising on compliance matters, and providing legal support across our project teams. Your expertise will be instrumental in navigating the complexities of property development, from land acquisition to project completion.

Tanggung Jawab
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts including sale and purchase agreements, joint venture agreements, construction contracts, and leasing documents
- Provide legal advice on compliance matters related to Malaysian property laws, regulations, and housing development acts
- Conduct thorough due diligence for property acquisitions, including title searches and land registry verification
- Support project teams with legal guidance throughout all phases of property development projects
- Manage and coordinate with external law firms and legal counsel on specialized matters
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies across all legal documentation
- Identify and mitigate legal risks associated with property development activities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university
- Registered with the Malaysian Bar and possesses a valid practicing certificate
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in property development or real estate law
- In-depth knowledge of Malaysian property laws, including the Housing Development Act and Strata Titles Act
- Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in contract drafting, negotiation, and legal research
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
