Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct initial phone screenings to determine client eligibility and case viability.
- Gather and document detailed case information accurately using intake forms.
- Facilitate the client onboarding process for US law firm clients effectively.
- Maintain a professional, empathetic, and compliant demeanor during high-pressure calls.
- Update client records in the CRM system in real-time to ensure data accuracy.
- Route complex or urgent cases to senior attorneys or intake managers promptly.
- Ensure 100% compliance with privacy and confidentiality regulations at all times.
- Assist in resolving client inquiries regarding case status and next steps.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Previous experience in a call center or legal intake environment is highly preferred.
- Strong verbal communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to type accurately and navigate computer systems quickly and efficiently.
- Familiarity with US legal terminology is a significant plus.
- Must be willing to work in Ortigas, Metro Manila.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential.
