Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the legal team in drafting, reviewing, and organizing commercial contracts and internal agreements.
- Conduct thorough legal research on diverse topics including intellectual property rights, data privacy, and global regulatory compliance.
- Support corporate secretarial functions and maintain updated legal documentation and filing systems.
- Assist in the review of marketing collateral, promotional materials, and licensing agreements for legal compliance.
- Participate in cross-departmental meetings to provide legal administrative support for expansion projects.
- Draft internal memos and briefing documents summarizing changes in relevant legal frameworks.
- Provide ad-hoc support for special projects managed by the Legal Department.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) or a Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
- Strong academic record with a keen interest in intellectual property or corporate law.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
- High level of attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research databases.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
