Tanggung Jawab
- Assist senior lawyers in legal research for active litigation files.
- Draft and review legal correspondence, court documents, and pleadings.
- Conduct discovery and document review for family law and probate cases.
- Attend client meetings and court hearings to observe legal proceedings and strategy execution.
- Organize and maintain case files to ensure efficient document management.
- Support the team in preparing for mediation, hearings, and trials.
- Summarize witness statements and evidence for partner review.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) or Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.
- Strong academic record with a keen interest in litigation.
- Excellent analytical, writing, and research skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to manage competing deadlines.
- Strong command of English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Ability to commit to a full-time internship for a minimum of 3 months.
