Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and provide legal support for special projects involving the bank and its various affiliates.
- Assist in the preparation, review, and execution of comprehensive bank documentation.
- Conduct exhaustive legal research to resolve queries from internal business units.
- Draft legal opinions, memoranda, and correspondences on regulatory and compliance matters.
- Provide advisory support to departments regarding legal risks and mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with internal and external counsel to facilitate smooth project implementation.
- Monitor updates in banking laws and regulations to ensure institutional compliance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) or Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Must be a Philippine Bar Passer with an active license to practice.
- At least 1-3 years of experience in corporate law, preferably within the banking or financial services sector.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine banking laws, financial regulations, and civil law.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under strict deadlines.
