Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Legal Manager in all legal section-related activities, including litigation support and corporate secretarial matters.
- Maintain and organize comprehensive records of all legal correspondences, contracts, and company documents.
- Ensure timely administrative follow-ups on legal inquiries and internal requests.
- Prepare, draft, and review standard legal documentation, ensuring compliance with local laws and internal policies.
- Monitor and manage the filing systems to ensure easy retrieval and adherence to document retention policies.
- Liaise with internal departments to provide legal guidance and administrative support as required.
- Coordinate with external legal counsel and regulatory bodies for filings and document execution.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of working experience in a legal department or law firm.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality and professional integrity.
- Strong analytical and research capabilities.
