Are you an experienced Technical Lead with a passion for driving financial transformation? PERSOL is seeking a highly skilled Lending Technical Lead to spearhead a critical corporate lending transformation project. In this high-impact contract role, you will be the bridge between complex business lending requirements and robust technical solutions, specifically focusing on the ACBS (Advanced Commercial Banking System) platform.
You will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of the lending architecture, overseeing the design, development, and implementation phases. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to align technical strategy with business goals, ensuring high-quality delivery, rigorous testing, and seamless deployment. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end technical transformation and migration of corporate lending systems, with deep expertise in ACBS.
- Design scalable, high-performance technical solutions that align with the organization's enterprise architecture.
- Collaborate with business analysts and product owners to translate complex lending requirements into technical specifications.
- Manage and mentor cross-functional engineering teams through the SDLC, from conceptualization to production deployment.
- Oversee system integration, ensuring seamless connectivity between core banking modules and peripheral systems.
- Define and execute comprehensive testing strategies, including UAT, performance, and regression testing.
- Proactively manage project stakeholders, providing regular updates on progress, technical risks, and mitigation strategies.
- Ensure adherence to banking compliance, security standards, and best practices throughout the development lifecycle.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in technical leadership within the banking or financial services sector.
- Strong hands-on experience in implementing and customizing ACBS (Advanced Commercial Banking System).
- Proven expertise in system architecture design, API integrations, and database management (SQL/Oracle).
- Demonstrated experience leading large-scale digital transformation projects in a corporate lending environment.
- Strong proficiency in agile methodologies and CI/CD development pipelines.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical partners.
- Knowledge of cloud technologies and modern banking microservices architectures is highly desirable.
