As a Level 1 IT Helpdesk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our vibrant team of healthcare professionals and administrative staff. You will handle a diverse array of technical challenges, from troubleshooting hardware and software issues to managing user accounts and maintaining network connectivity across our facilities. Your role is critical in maintaining high levels of productivity, minimizing downtime, and ensuring that our teams can focus on delivering exceptional patient care.
Key Areas of Focus:
- Delivering exceptional customer service by providing timely and professional technical support.
- Diagnosing and resolving issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and software applications.
- Managing user accounts, permissions, and security groups within Active Directory and Microsoft 365 environments.
- Documenting, tracking, and monitoring technical incidents to ensure a robust knowledge base is maintained.

Tanggung Jawab
- Act as the primary point of contact for end-users experiencing technical issues, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related problems for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and applications according to company standards.
- Manage user access, including creating accounts, resetting passwords, and managing permissions in Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
- Maintain accurate records of incidents, service requests, and solutions in the IT ticketing system.
- Collaborate with Level 2/3 support teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
- Assist in the onboarding process by preparing equipment and accounts for new hires.
- Provide basic IT training and guidance to staff on best practices and security policies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a Level 1 IT helpdesk or technical support role.
- Proficiency in Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office 365, and Active Directory.
- Strong understanding of basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer service-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work onsite in Carmen, Misamis Oriental and provide occasional after-hours support.
