In this hybrid role, you will be the final point of escalation, responsible for designing, migrating, and optimizing complex Azure and Microsoft environments for our global clients.

Tanggung Jawab
- Serve as the final point of escalation (L3) for complex technical issues, providing expert-level resolution.
- Design, deploy, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure.
- Lead end-to-end migration projects, ensuring minimal downtime and seamless transitions.
- Optimize M365 environments, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams configurations.
- Implement and maintain robust security protocols to protect client data and systems.
- Act as a technical mentor, providing guidance and knowledge transfer to L1 and L2 engineers.
- Conduct thorough system audits and performance tuning to ensure high availability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with client business objectives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in an MSP (Managed Service Provider) environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Azure (Compute, Networking, Storage, and Security).
- Deep expertise in Microsoft 365 administration and Active Directory/Entra ID management.
- Strong background in PowerShell scripting for automation and system management.
- Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate or Expert are highly preferred.
- Exceptional troubleshooting skills with the ability to perform root cause analysis on complex technical bottlenecks.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
