Join O.B. Montessori Center as a Librarian and become an integral part of our educational mission. We seek a passionate professional to cultivate a vibrant learning environment through innovative library services. In this role, you'll manage our comprehensive collection of educational resources, promote literacy across all grade levels, and support faculty with curriculum-aligned materials. The ideal candidate will leverage modern library management systems to enhance student research capabilities while fostering a lifelong love of reading. You'll develop engaging reading programs, maintain digital archives, and collaborate with teaching staff to integrate information literacy into classroom activities. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage library operations including cataloging, circulation, and inventory control
- Develop and implement literacy programs for diverse age groups
- Assist students and educators in resource selection and research
- Maintain digital and physical collections with regular updates
- Provide orientation and training on library systems
- Collaborate with academic departments to support curriculum needs
- Organize reading events and author visits
- Prepare usage reports and budget recommendations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Library and Information Science
- Professional Librarian license (PRC)
- Minimum 2 years school library experience
- Proficiency in library management software (e.g., KOHA, Librius)
- Strong knowledge of Dewey Decimal System and cataloging standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with diverse age groups
- Experience in developing literacy initiatives
