Yayasan Auliya Insan Utama (Sekolah Islam Terpadu Auliya) is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Librarian & Dapodik Operator. In this dual-role position, you will play a crucial part in supporting both our library services and school data operations, contributing to the academic excellence and efficient administration of our Islamic educational institution.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and organize library collections, including cataloging, classification, and maintenance of books, periodicals, and digital resources
- Assist students and teachers in locating and utilizing library materials effectively
- Process and maintain accurate data entries in the Dapodik (Data Pokok Pendidikan) national education database system
- Ensure timely submission of school data reports to educational authorities
- Coordinate with academic staff to maintain up-to-date student enrollment and staff information
- Develop and implement library programs that promote reading habits and information literacy among students
- Maintain confidentiality and data integrity across all administrative systems
- Support administrative operations and collaborate with other departments as needed
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Library Science, Information Management, or a related field
- Prior experience in library management or educational data administration is preferred
- Familiarity with Indonesian education data systems, particularly Dapodik, is an advantage
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in computer applications and database management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and data protection standards
