Tanggung Jawab
- Perform professional skin analysis to recommend personalized facial treatments and skincare routines.
- Execute various aesthetic procedures, including facials, chemical peels, and hair removal (waxing/threading) with precision.
- Ensure all treatment rooms and equipment are maintained to strict sanitation and safety standards.
- Educate clients on post-treatment care and recommend appropriate retail products to support skin health.
- Document client treatment history and progress accurately in the facility database.
- Maintain a professional, clean, and organized workspace at all times.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a premium and relaxing experience for every guest.
Kualifikasi
- Valid License as an Aesthetician issued by the appropriate governing body in the Philippines.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a professional spa, clinic, or dermatological setting.
- Strong technical knowledge of skin anatomy, product ingredients, and aesthetic equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- High level of dedication to sanitation protocols and workplace safety.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Reliable, punctual, and highly professional in conduct and appearance.
