Tanggung Jawab
- Perform and certify scheduled and unscheduled aircraft maintenance in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Troubleshoot and rectify complex mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical system defects.
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with CAAS, EASA, or relevant aviation authority standards.
- Supervise and provide technical guidance to a team of aircraft technicians and apprentices.
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs, technical records, and documentation for every task performed.
- Conduct pre-flight and post-flight inspections to ensure aircraft readiness and safety.
- Collaborate with the quality assurance team to implement safety protocols and operational improvements.
- Monitor and manage the inventory of spare parts and specialized tooling required for maintenance tasks.
Kualifikasi
- Possess a valid CAAS B1.1 or B2 Aircraft Maintenance License.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of hands-on experience in aircraft line or base maintenance.
- Hold current type ratings on major commercial aircraft (e.g., Boeing or Airbus families).
- In-depth knowledge of aviation safety regulations and maintenance procedures.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities to manage technical teams.
- Willingness to be based in Singapore for operational requirements.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English for technical reporting.
