Tanggung Jawab
- Perform line and base maintenance tasks in strict accordance with OEM manuals and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct thorough aircraft inspections and troubleshooting to ensure maximum airworthiness and safety.
- Certify aircraft release following completed maintenance, repairs, or modifications.
- Document all maintenance activities accurately within technical logs and digital maintenance systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams to resolve complex engineering issues effectively.
- Maintain compliance with all company quality standards and international aviation safety regulations.
- Supervise junior technicians and assist in on-the-job training programs to ensure operational standards.
Kualifikasi
- Valid Aircraft Maintenance License (CAAS, CAAP, CAAM, CAAC, EASA, or FAA).
- Proven experience as a Licensed Aircraft Engineer in a commercial or MRO environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of aircraft systems and relevant airworthiness standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills under pressure.
- Commitment to a high-safety culture and detail-oriented work ethic.
- Ability to work rotating shifts as required by the maintenance schedule.
- Strong command of English for technical documentation and verbal communication.
